Wellness Starter Kit

The Wellness Starter Kit includes the Precision Wellness 101, Nutrition, Exercise, and Sleep reports. Each report will help you gain insights into how your unique genome affects how well you metabolize certain foods, what your food and exercise preferences likely are, what foods and exercises will be more likely to offer you success, and your sleep habits and quality. These are just a few of the main insights the Wellness Starter Kit can offer you.

This package includes the Wellness Starter Kit and a DNA test. If you have already run your DNA test with Intrinsic Genomics or uploaded one from another company, the Wellness Starter Report may be the correct package for you.

We can work with most text DNA files from other DNA companies like 23 & Me. If you are unsure if your DNA file is compatible with the Intrinsic Genomics platform, please contact us at ClientServices@intrinsicgenomics.com. Include your full name and the company where your DNA was tested, and we will let you know as soon as possible.
